Delivery And Shipping
Given that our company primarily provides apparel design services and digital products (such as design drafts, style plans, visual materials, etc.), and does not involve traditional physical transportation, the relevant delivery terms are as follows:
- Delivery Format: All products and services will be delivered in electronic file format, including but not limited to design drafts (PDF/JPG/AI/PSD, etc.), technology packs, and related materials. Files will be sent to the client via email, cloud drive links, or designated platforms.
- Delivery Time: The delivery cycle will be determined based on the service type and project complexity. Specific times will be agreed upon in the order confirmation or contract. We will complete the design and deliver the deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
- Delivery Confirmation: Upon receiving the files, the client should confirm receipt within the agreed timeframe. Failure to raise objections within the stipulated time will be considered as completion of delivery and acceptance of the deliverables.
- Modifications and Supplements: Depending on the type of service purchased, the client is entitled to a certain number of modification requests. Modification requests exceeding the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- File Security and Risks: Delivery is considered complete once the files are sent to the client’s designated email address or delivery channel. Please ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and keep the documents safe. In the event of document loss due to customer reasons, we can provide a limited number of reissues.
- Special Notes (If Physical Products are Involved)
If an order includes physical sample garments or finished garments, standard logistics and shipping terms will apply separately, as detailed in the order instructions.
