Customers must pay the full amount upon order confirmation, and we will complete delivery within the agreed timeframe. Payment is generally non-refundable unless there are quality issues or otherwise stipulated in the contract.

Subscription Service
Applicable to long-term design support, brand collaborations, and ongoing service projects. Subscription fees are charged monthly, quarterly, or annually. Specific service content, delivery frequency, and benefits are subject to the subscription agreement. Subscription services automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless the customer requests cancellation in advance.

  1. Orders and Payment
    All orders are subject to confirmation. Customers must complete payment by the agreed time; otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order. Supported payment methods are subject to the website or contract specifications.
  2. Change and Cancellation Policy
    One-time orders generally do not support cancellation or changes once they enter the production or execution stage. For subscription services, cancellation or adjustment requires notification at least one billing cycle in advance; otherwise, billing will continue as originally scheduled.
  3. Returns and After-Sales Service
    If there are quality issues with the product, please contact us within the specified time after receiving the goods. We will provide return, exchange, or repair services based on the actual situation. Returns and exchanges for non-quality issues must comply with relevant company policies.
